Solutions
For this project, we prepared a Building Information Modeling Level of Detail 400 which provided fabrication, assembly, and installation information. We also completed full mechanical and building automation installation including:
- 770,000 square feet of office space served by a variable air volume reheat HVAC system
- Specialty HVAC requirements for a commercial kitchen and café in the building
