Air Systems provided metal sheet fabrication solutions for an 81-unit condominium building. We installed over 60,000 square feet of siding, roofing, and soffit, all within a challenging urban setting.
The California Association of Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors, National Association, awarded Air Systems the Tom Guilfoy Memorial Architectural Sheet Metal Award for the Harborwalk project.
Client Objectives
The Harborwalk condominium project required skilled sheet metal experts who could coordinate with various contractors to complete the work in a tight time frame. Air Systems was hired because of our expertise in sheet metal design, fabrication, and installation.
Solutions
We delivered the following:
- Installed 26,500 square feet of X-12 metal siding with concealed fasteners
- Worked in a high-theft environment which did not allow for on-site storage of tools or materials
- Designed and installed 28,500 square feet of SSR-16 metal roofing panels
- Crafted and installed 3,500 square feet of F-12 metal soffits
