ASI has had an in-house, full service electrical department since 1997.

As an I.B.E.W. Contractor fully staffed with union and factory trained technicians, ASI delivers excellence in commercial electrical and mechanical design and engineering. We install, maintain and service complete electrical and mechanical systems including AC and DC power, controls integration for HVAC systems, and everything in between. We also offer UPS & generator programs, as well as energy retrofits.

Electrical and Mechanical Services Project Profiles

FormFactor B6 - Livermore, California
We provided design/build HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process piping, architectural sheet metal and controls. For the client, our design yielded utility rebates over $120K and an annual energy savings of $175K.

Network Appliance B2 Rack Lab & Central Plant - Sunnyvale, CA
For this green project, we worked with the Network Appliance Team and Devcon Construction (general contractor) to provide: design/build HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems, and Building Automation System (BAS) expansion/upgrade to support this 14,000 sq. ft. high density rack lab/data center.

Synopsys - Mountain View, California
ASI provided mechanical, electrical, controls and structural engineering on three buildings. We worked with Synopsys to provide an energy-efficient VAV system, financial modeling, payback analysis and utility rebate information.
