Services: Contractor for Architectural Sheet to design, fabricate, build, and install sheet metal for the construction of educational facility.
Summary: The Architectural Sheet design and installation included materials consisted of 8,600 sq. ft. of Centria horizontal wall siding, custom color pewter, and 5,500 sq. ft. of unclad aluminum clear anodized soffit panel.

Summary: The results of Air Systems design are utility rebates for over $120K and an annual energy savings at $175K per year.

Summary: The Green City Lofts in Emeryville, CA was a green building project using as many recycled construction products available also making the project as economical as possible.

Services: Architectural Sheet Metal contractor for multi unit condominiums with a center courtyard, wood and steel construction. Balconies and exposed walkways. Plaster and metal siding exteriors wall treatment.
Summary: This Architectural Sheet Metal project was in an urban setting which encompassed an entire city block. California SMACNA 2007 Tom Guilfoy Memorial Architectural Sheet Metal Award was awarded to Air Systems for the Harborwalk Condominium project.

Summary: Architectural Sheet Metal contractor for new digital arts center including standing seam metal roof, coping, flat seam roofs, louvers, gutters and down spouts.

Services: Design/Build HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing (MEP) Systems, and Building Automation System (BAS) expansion/upgrade as required to support new 14,000 sq. ft. High Density Rack Lab/Data Center. Green building project.
Summary: ASI worked with the Network Appliance Team and Devcon Construction (General Contractor) to design and build this 14,000 square foot state-of-the-art High Density Rack Lab/Data Center while the building was occupied.

Summary: This project was also targeted by Network Appliance as their "introduction" to LEED building certification. ASI participated in the LEED design/implementation process in order to achieve LEED-certified status.

Services: Contractor for Architectural Sheet Metal to design, fabricate all install miscellaneous metals for the new construction of a football stadium.
Summary: Contractor for Architectural Sheet Metal to design, fabricate all install miscellaneous metals for the new construction of a football stadium. ASI designed, fabricated, painted, and installed 234 column covers that can be seen throughout the stadium.

Services: Contractor for Mechanical, Electrical, Controls and Structural Engineering on 3 buildings.
Summary: Contractor for mechanical, electrical, controls and structural engineering on Synopsys commercial buildings. ASI worked with Synopsys to provide an energy-efficient VAV system, financial modeling, payback analysis and utility rebate information.
