Life & ADD Insurance/ Long Term DisabilityAir Systems wants to insure that all full time employees and their dependents have peace of mind in the event of a serious illness or accident or death. We provide every full time employee with 1 ½ times annual base salary in company paid life insurance and 60% of base salary for company paid long term disability. Additional Life Insurance is available to the employee at reduced rates. Employee Wellness ProgramAir Systems believes the employees are an integral part of our success and in the wellness of the employees. We have a wellness program through Aetna called “Simple Steps to a Healthier Life” to assist employees in their own goals for a healthy life style. Employee Assistance ProgramThe Employee Assistance Program can help the employees and dependents with a variety of personal life issues by offering confidential, short-term counseling and referral services at no cost. Flexible Spending AccountAir Systems offers Flexible Spending Accounts for Health Reimbursement and Dependent Care. The Health Reimbursement Account allows pre-tax dollars to pay certain health care expenses for the employee and dependents. The Dependent Care Account allows reimbursement of care for dependent children younger than age 13 and other disabled or elderly dependents whom the employee claims as their income tax dependents. 401KThe 401K is a great way to save for retirement and to build a solid and secure financial future. The advantages include tax-deferred employee contributions and significant employer matching. Paid Time OffAir Systems believes it is important that all employees need time away from work to relax and pursue special interests. We offer a Paid Time Off Program that gives the employees flexibility in managing their time away from work. Quarterly Enterprise Value Sharing Bonus ProgramAir Systems offers full time employees the opportunity to participate in the Quarterly Enterprise Value Sharing Bonus Program. The program is based on the profitability of the whole organization and individual business units. Open Door CommunicationThe success of Air Systems depends upon open communication between employees and supervisors. Employees are encouraged to ask questions about any guidelines or procedures which are not clear.
